By accessing or using Postomation's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. The materials contained in this service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

To use Postomation, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have the legal right to connect and post to third-party social media accounts
• Complying with the terms of service of all connected social media platforms
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. Accounts found to be in violation of platform policies or these terms may be suspended or terminated without notice.

You agree not to use Postomation to post, transmit, or share content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
• Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing attempts
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains explicit adult content or material harmful to minors
• Violates the terms of service of connected social media platforms

We reserve the right to monitor content posted through our service and remove any content that violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. Changes to platform APIs or policies may affect service functionality.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current billing information
• Pay all fees and charges on time
• Accept automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Pay any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for service outages exceeding our SLA commitments. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You retain all rights to content you post through Postomation. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content. Our service, including all software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and logos, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postomation shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or content posted by third-party platforms
• Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though data retention policies in our Privacy Policy will continue to apply.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue using the service.
